-Quotes are based on the volume, type, and location of items.

-Final pricing may change if the actual job differs from the initial description.

-All pricing will be confirmed before service begins.

4. Payment Terms

-Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed.

-We may accept cash, card, or other approved payment methods.

-Failure to make payment may result in additional fees or collection actions.

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

-Customers should provide notice as early as possible for cancellations or rescheduling.

-Same-day cancellations may be subject to a fee.

6. Access to Property

-The customer is responsible for providing safe and clear access to the items being removed.

-Jream Team Junk Removal LLC is not responsible for delays caused by restricted access.

7. Prohibited Items

We do not remove hazardous or restricted materials, including but not limited to:

-Chemicals

-Paint

-Asbestos

-Biohazard materials

-Any items prohibited by local regulations

8. Liability

-We take care when handling items and property; however, Jream Team Junk Removal LLC is not liable for:

-Pre-existing damage

-Minor incidental damage during removal

-Customers are responsible for securing any fragile or high-value items prior to service.

9. Communication

-Emails related to your service
