• General junk removal

All services are subject to availability and confirmation.

3. Quotes & Pricing

• Quotes are based on the volume, type, and location of items.
• Final pricing may change if the actual job differs from the initial description.
• All pricing will be confirmed before service begins.

4. Payment Terms

• Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed.
• We may accept cash, card, or other approved payment methods.
• Failure to make payment may result in additional fees or collection actions.

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Customers should provide notice as early as possible for cancellations or rescheduling.
• Same-day cancellations may be subject to a fee.

6. Access to Property

• The customer is responsible for providing safe and clear access to the items being removed.
• Jream Team Junk Removal LLC is not responsible for delays caused by restricted access.

7. Prohibited Items

We do not remove hazardous or restricted materials, including but not limited to chemicals, paint, asbestos, biohazard materials, or any items prohibited by local regulations.

8. Liability

We take care when handling items and property; however, Jream Team Junk Removal LLC is not liable for pre-existing damage or minor incidental damage during removal. Customers are responsible for securing any fragile or high-value items prior to service.

9. Communication

By contacting us or submitting your information, you agree to receive calls, text messages, and emails related to your service. You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying “STOP.”

10. Changes to Services

We reserve the right to refuse service, or to modify or cancel services due to safety, legal, or operational reasons.
